What you’ll do
Prepare and serve LERA matcha drinks, espresso-based coffee, tea-based drinks, cold drinks, and seasonal specials according to our recipes and quality standards.
Whisk, pour, and finish each drink consistently, making sure taste, texture, colour, and presentation are right — on both matcha and coffee.
Dial in the espresso machine, steam milk properly, and keep coffee quality consistent throughout the day.
Set up the bar before service with all ingredients, tools, cups, packaging, and display items ready.
Take orders accurately, process payments, and keep the guest flow smooth during busy moments.
Offer simple recommendations based on taste preferences, dietary needs, and matcha or coffee curiosity.
Keep the bar, tools, equipment, fridges, surfaces, and guest area clean, organised, and stocked throughout the day.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Monitor product quality, including matcha freshness, coffee extraction, milk texture, toppings, and overall drink presentation.
Support opening and closing tasks, including prep, storage, cleaning, counting, and resetting the space.
Communicate clearly with the team when ingredients, packaging, or products are running low.
Work closely with the LERA team and the NUDE PROJECT store team to keep service calm, clear, and efficient.
Support in-store moments when needed, such as tastings, launches, content shoots, or NUDE PROJECT events.
About you
Friendly, but not fake.
Fast, but not messy.
Detail-oriented.
Calm under pressure.
Comfortable working with people — and comfortable in a retail environment where shoppers, music, and the bar all share one space.
Interested in matcha, coffee, food, drinks, fashion, design, lifestyle, or hospitality.

Nice to have
Experience as a barista. Experience with espresso, matcha, and specialty drinks.
A good eye for presentation. Availability on weekends.
Amsterdam-based.
No matcha experience yet? That's okay. Taste and attitude matter more. We'll teach the matcha part. Coffee basics are a must, and you can already steam and pour milk.
